About Us
Nestiva, Inc. is a non-profit corporation whose mission is to inspire our communities to join with us in taking a stand against youth homelessness and partner with us in taking bold action to prevent & end youth homelessness in this nation.
We seek partnerships, not transactions, to secure the capital investments necessary to acquire high-quality, low-income housing options for marginalized and underprivileged homeless youth across the nation.
All of this is accomplished without the need for endless fundraising and grant writing activities. Our capital investment opportunities allow a wide-range of real estate properties to be acquired or developed at scale to ensure we are providing sufficient housing for our homeless youth.

Our Vision
We envision a nation where youth homelessness is brief, rare, and eradicated through public and private partnerships providing a national housing supply chain so that when a homeless youth discloses that they are homeless, we work together to get them housed within hours.
Product & Service
The Organization is developing a wide-range of diversified real estate portfolios and innovative youth development services to the national market for our customers and investors. These self-sustaining communities will provide customers with various housing options such as short-term housing, transitional housing and permanent supportive housing with supportive services such as educational, vocational, job & life skills.
The Organization will develop innovative, interactive & international products such as educational multi-cultural trips across the world to enrich their lives, expose them to other cultures and build a sense of brotherly love.

Nestiva Services and implementation plan
We will serve our vulnerable Youth through Street Outreach, Transitional Housing, and Permanent Supportive and Affordable Housing.
Housing
“Street Councilors” to engage our at risk youth on the street, in schools and government agencies.
Caseload managers will process incoming youth.
Youth gets assigned temporary housing.
Benefits assistance:
Caseload managers will apply for social assistance available to our at risk youth as part of the incoming process.
Primary Medical Care
Nestiva will:
– Provide our at risk youth with a primary incoming physical to ensure good health.
– Provide yearly physicals
– Provide primary emergency care
Housing
-Our youth will be assigned a life coach to guide and place youth into appropriate programs and facilitate our youth getting into one of our trade programs, grade school if school age, or college if of age and interested.
Mental health care and Substance use referrals
Referrals will be made on an as needed basis to be determined by the incoming physical evaluation.
Skills-building
Alongside facilitating trades programs and going back to school initiatives, Nestiva plans to partner and implement financial literacy programs and initiatives to create economic stability in our at risk youth’s lives via partnerships with banks and other financial institutions.
